Product & software studio

Making the
complex simple

We design and build software, from our own products to custom solutions for businesses and teams.

Our products are Konstantly, an AI-powered learning platform, and Scenics, for virtual tours and 3D experiences.

We run what we build.
So we build for the day after launch.

Konstantly and Scenics are live products we design, build, and support ourselves. Konstantly runs in 14 languages, with course drafting, an AI presenter, and an MCP server in production. Client projects get the same habits: a focused first version, small releases, and care after launch.

Ideas, put to work.

Designed, built, and cared for in-house. Two different challenges, the same attention to how things work.

Konstantly

A learning platform for teams that build their own training. Create courses with AI, import existing material, and follow learners’ progress.

The problem

Small teams need to train people but rarely have a learning team. Whoever makes the course does it alongside another job.

What we built
  • Ask Konstantly, which drafts a course from a plain-English brief or an uploaded document
  • A course builder that starts as a simple sequence and adds branching when a course needs it
  • An AI presenter with natural voices, and an MCP server so assistants like Claude can build courses
Design principleAI gets the first draft moving. The author stays in control.

Scenics

A new way to share a place. Turn 360° photos and 3D captures into virtual tours people can explore from anywhere.

The problem

A real place is hard to understand from a gallery of flat photos.

What we built
  • Tours made from 360° photos, 3D captures, or both
  • Scenes connected into one tour, shared by link or embedded on a website
  • Spatial meshes reconstructed from captures, alongside AI tools
Design principleStart from what you already have: 360° photos, 3D captures, or both.

Your next project.
Our building blocks.

We bring the experience of building our own products to focused projects with businesses and teams.

01

From idea to launch

Shape the product, design it, and build a first version people can use. We connect product decisions with the work of getting it shipped.

Good fit when
You have an idea or an early prototype and need a first version people can use.
You get
A written scope, a designed and built first release, and help at launch.
  • Product strategy
  • MVP development
  • Launch support
02

Web & mobile products

Interfaces and the engineering behind them, from a new application to making an existing product easier to use and maintain.

Good fit when
You need a new application, or an existing one that is easier to use and change.
You get
Design and engineering, delivered in working releases you can review as we go.

AI features in your product

AI that does real work for your users, from people who run it in their own products: course drafting from a brief, an AI presenter, and an MCP server that lets assistants work inside Konstantly.

Good fit when
You have an AI idea or a demo, and need it working for real users.
You get
A working feature in your product, designed so people stay in control of the result.
  • AI integration
  • Assistants & agents
  • MCP servers
  • Voice

Product & technology advisory

A practical sounding board for your roadmap, architecture, and technology choices, informed by building and running our own products.

Good fit when
You want a second opinion on a roadmap, an architecture, or a technical choice.
You get
Clear recommendations you can act on, focused on the decisions that matter most.

From the first sketch
to what comes next.

A clear direction. A useful first release. The care to keep it moving forward.

  1. 01 / Shape

    Give the idea a structure.

Start with the problem, the people using the product, and what matters most. Turn that into a focused first version.

You getA written scope for the first version
  2. 02 / Build

    Make the useful part simple.

Bring design and engineering together. Connect the interface to the systems behind it, and get it ready for people to use.

You getA working release people can use
  3. 03 / Evolve

    Keep improving what works.

Listen to the people using it. Support, maintain, and refine the product as real needs become clearer.

You getSupport after launch, and a plan for what’s next

The same approach behind Konstantly and Scenics.See it in practice

Before we start.

What founders and teams usually ask first.

How does a project start?

With a few lines about what you want to build and what is in the way. We reply with questions, then talk through the goal, the people it is for, and what success looks like. You get a written proposal with scope, timeline, and price before any build work starts.

Can we start small?

Yes. An advisory session, a review of an existing product, or a focused first version are all good places to start.

Do you build AI features?

Yes. We build AI into our own products: course drafting from a brief or a document, an AI presenter with natural voices, and an MCP server that lets assistants like Claude work with Konstantly. We bring that experience to your product.

How long does a first version take?

A focused first version usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope. Larger web and mobile products take longer, and the proposal sets the timeline before work starts.

How do we work together day to day?

Through a shared channel for questions and a regular call to review progress. Work ships in releases you can try, so you always know where things stand.

What if the scope changes?

It happens. We flag changes early and agree on the effect on timeline and budget before moving forward.

What happens after launch?

Support after launch is part of the work. If you want to keep improving the product, we can continue together as needs become clearer.

Do you work with teams outside the US?

Yes. We work across time zones and overlap with US and European business hours.

One idea became
a home for more.

Konstantin AndreevFounder

I started KONSTANTLY in 2022 to build a learning platform, after years of working in education and immersive technology. That platform became Konstantly. In 2026, Scenics joined the company. Today we bring the same approach to client work: make useful things, look after the people who use them, and give good ideas time to grow.
